HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE?

HOW CAN I USE A PROMO CODE?

Once you have added all the items to your cart, proceed to checkout. You will then have the option to add your promo code to your order. For every order only one promo code can be used. If you are having trouble applying your promo code, please contact our customer happiness team at it@ukrtrading.ae.

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

We offer standard (up to 3 business days) delivery across UAE. If your order is above AED 100.00 you get FREE standard shipping! We deliver within 1-3 working days within UAE. This excludes Fridays and National Holidays. Orders placed after 12 pm will be shipped on the next working day.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard Delivery Orders placed before 4:00 PM UAE time will be processed the same day. Once your order is dispatched, it may take up to 1-3 business days to be delivered For more information, view our Delivery & Payments page.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation, which will include tracking details for your order.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

We can ship internationally on request, please email us on info@ukrtrading.ae for a quote.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept VISA ,MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS payments online.We also accept COD (Cash on Delivery)

IS BUYING ONLINE SAFE?

We have a secure checkout so the card details are transmitted through a secure server. Card information is not held by UKR Trading FZ-LLC after the order has been processed.

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

All fully priced items can be exchanged or refunded within 14 days of purchase. We do not offer refunds on sale items. Please visit the Returns page for details on how to return an item.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO RETURN MY ITEM(S)?

The return/ exchange fee is 15 Aed, equal to the delivery charge.

HOW ARE YOU ENSURING PRODUCTS BEING DELIVERED TO MY HOME ARE SAFE?

Our delivery partners follow all safety and hygiene regulations. All delivery vehicles and boxes are sanitized daily. All drivers are temperature checked at the start of their shift. They are required to wear gloves, masks, and sanitize their hands before and after each delivery. Drivers also maintain a safe distance and offer contactless delivery.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER ONLINE?

It is not possible to cancel an online order without contacting one of our service representatives.. Please contact us via e-mail info@ukrtrading.ae phone or WhatsApp provided on the website as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or amend your order, we are always happy to help.
